BCBA – Center-Based ABA Services with flexible schedule options
At Autism Solutions, we understand the challenges many BCBAs face in today’s ABA environment: large caseloads, excessive driving, overwhelming administrative responsibilities, and burnout.
We intentionally built our BCBA role differently.
Our goal is to create a sustainable, supportive, and collaborative environment where BCBAs can focus on quality clinical care, meaningful supervision, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and complete reauthorizations within established timelines
- Provide supervision and support to BT/RBT staff
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans and behavior plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Complete parent training and caregiver collaboration
- Collaborate professionally with teachers and interdisciplinary team members
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and team collaboration
- Support ethical, compassionate, and individualized client care
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Utah state licensure
- Ability to pass criminal background check and fingerprinting
- Current CAQH profile preferred
- Completion of 8-hour supervisor training preferred
- Competency in behavior skills training (BST) preferred
